We have a No returns or exchanges policy as all items are custom made or personalised to your requirements, so please double check your specs, and also double check sizing using the measurement guide provided to ensure correct fit prior to purchase.

Please bare this in mind prior to placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once orders are placed.

Every order is custom made and therefore final. We do not offer any refunds after you purchase. Please take time and consideration before placing your order.

Clothes can be washed at 30-40 degrees, ironed at a low temperature and we do not recommend putting them in the dryer.

You choose any product where you can upload your own photo, fill in all other parameters, upload your photo and complete the order.
After a few days after payment is received and when the design is ready, we will send you the finished design to your email. After your approval, we will embroider the photo and send the order to you.
Should you decide that you would like to embroider a different photo than the one you uploaded in your order, this is only possible after paying an additional fee for the new design.
